Primary purposes.

1. To respond to and promptly process your questions, complaints, comments, and/or clarifications regarding our products.
2. To follow up on service requests for products manufactured by COMFORT, such as warranty validation, product delivery, and more.
3. To fulfill obligations contracted with our customers and authorized distributors.
4. For billing and collection and/or administration of our products and services.

COMFORT en algunos casos podrá recabar evidencia fotográfica en su domicilio de los productos COMFORT, respecto de los cuales se pretenda hacer válida la póliza de garantía, con la finalidad de emitir el dictamen correspondiente, dicha información se tratará de conformidad con el presente aviso de privacidad.

Transmisión de datos personales.

COMFORT no venderá, ni alquilará los datos personales obtenidos, excepcionalmente compartirá los datos personales con un tercero en caso que haya sido requerido por orden judicial y en cumplimiento a disposiciones legales.

COMFORT únicamente podrá transmitir datos personales a terceros para el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones, asimismo, no requiere el consentimiento del Titular para realizar transferencias de datos personales en los casos previstos en el Artículo 37 de la Ley o en cualquier otro caso de excepción previsto por la misma u otra legislación aplicable, lo anterior, siempre y cuando se actúe conforme a lo establecido en el presente Aviso de Privacidad, como pueden ser: proveedores de servicios para emisión de facturas y notas de crédito, pago de impuestos, pagos de facturas de proveedores y acreedores, para control y pago de promotoría, para auditorías externas, revisión para el pago de Sistema Único de Autodeterminación, a empresas de transporte y maniobras de nuestros productos.

You need to prove your identity as the owner of the personal data regarding which you wish to exercise any of the ARCO rights, which you can do by presenting the original or a copy of an official ID, such as a valid voter ID with a photograph, passport, or professional ID.

Your request must contain the following information:

4. The rights you wish to exercise on the described personal data (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition).

The request should be sent via any of the means mentioned above. COMFORT will inform the data owner by email whether the request was successful or not, along with the reasons, within a term not exceeding 20 business days (the receipt time of the request is when it is received on our server).
